The Big Tree resides in Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park, which is part of Redwood National Park. According to park information, the Big Tree is 304 ft. (92.6 meters) in height, 21.6 ft (6.6 meters) in diameter, 68 ft. (20.7 meters) in circumference and is estimated to be 1500 years old. That's one BIG tree!

She discovered a love for photography late in life at the age of 50 while living in Yreka, California.
